I chose to visit the Brooklyn Museum because I really wanted to research religions from different parts of the world, both from ancient times, and recent history. I'm most interested in iconography and religious symbolism attributed to everyday objects like divinity bowls, or screen dividers.
Where I Found My Favourite Statues
These are the icons I was most interested in, and roughly where in the museum I found them. As you can see, there was a lot of walking involved.
The Names I Gave These Statues
All these statues are unique in their own right because of their historical and cultural significance, but each image I rendered felt like it oozed a new personality. Please enjoy these names that I amused myself with.

Body Language At The Judy Chicago Exhibit
I love to incorporate movemnet and body language into my sketches, which is why I was drawn to this observation. Below are the behaviours I observed in a one-hour time span at Judy Chicago's exhibit titled "The Dinner Party." It was interesting to see which gestures were most common, and if any were unique.

What was the most common gesture?
Picture taking wins!
The least common behaviour was clutching a purse while walking around, but it was the first gesture I recorded.
