Objects reveal a lot about the space that they live in. The people that interact with said objects also reveal a lot about themselves. Here are some objects I came across.
I have interacted with the Zoltar fortune teller machine at Coney multiple times. The fortunes that are received by people are the things they need to hear, not necessarily what they want to hear.
This is a Wise original chip bag that was littered on the ground. It was near the exit of the park at the end of the day, so it was just recently tossed. It was near the trash can but it was just outside the can so the person couldn’t be bothered to pick it up, so I did. This bag became evidence of something that was no longer there.
At the Nathan’s and Annie’s food court, half the registers stopped working because it was so busy. I had been waiting for 30 minutes on one line but I had to hop on a separate line to get a pretzel and a lemonade and it took another 20 minutes. It surprised me that the register even worked by the time I got to order. It just seemed very unlikely that I would be helped, but I eventually got to the front of the line. The pretzel was buttery and salty, the lemonade was blue and cold, the machines breaking down was unfortunate.
